Stames Software (the "Company") respects and protects our users and visitors (the "User") personal information and data. This Privacy Policy document describes the ways we collect data from and about you, and what we do with the data, so that you may decide whether or not to provide the data to us. By accessing our Websites, Software or Services you agree to this Privacy Policy in addition to any other agreements we might have with you.

By accessing or using the Websites, Software or Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This policy may change from time to time and your continued use of our Website, Software or Services after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
Collection of information
When you sign up to use the Services, you may be required to provide Personal or Business Data. During these processes we may require you to provide your (a) contact information such as name, e-mail address, street address, IP address, or geographic location, as well as certain related information like your company name and website name; (ii) billing information, such as credit card number and billing address; (iii) name and e-mail address when you provide feedback from within the Services; and (iv) unique identifiers, such as account ID or password.

Use of information

Third party sites
This policy only addresses our activities from our servers. Other sites (including those that we link to within an advertisement, blog or otherwise, and third party sites or services with which we offer, partner or co-brand) may have their own policies, which we do not control, and thus are not addressed by this policy.
Review & Removal of Personal Data
If you provide us with Personal Data to have us perform ongoing, support or billing services to you, we will provide you with a way to review the information we have on file and either change or remove such data.

If you wish to have information you provided to us removed from our records, you would be required to provide us with the information to our support team. We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your information is removed from our records.
Cookies & other tracking methods
When you view our Websites, Software or Services, we might store some information on your computer. This information will be in the form of a “cookie” or similar file. Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your hard drive, not on our site. Cookies, which are tied to personal information, do not spy on you or otherwise invade your privacy, and they cannot invade your hard drive and steal information.
